Affordable Homes, Nothing new under the sun!

I was sent this over the weekend  from the Times https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/we-need-more-houses-not-bigger-mortgages-x7qg27kc6 . We have been on this question for the whole time that we have been re-establishing RLDLimited from early 2020. which has formulated Home@ix as a fully vertically integrated response to the problem. With "Property" and "House Prices" being something which we all feel uniquely qualified to talk about not a lot of listening seems to take place and the same conversation has become fictionalised, politicised, and mythologised. The latest Blog on real RLD http://www.realrld.com/blog/bricks-and-mortar-a-real-right-to-buy-from-homeix  goes over the familiar ground of how familiar it all is "Borem@ix" this, from may 2015  https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b05vzysp , plus ca change plus la meme chose.
Anyone that wants a good grounding in these questions could do a lot worse than head over to ASH ( architects for Social Housing)and also read the Home@ix Framework of understanding affordable housing finance.

This is clearly not a Red team Blue team issue, many initiatives though have been rejected by one or other of the red and blue team on a "Not Invented Here " basis , a most curious form of nimbyism you might say.
